With a 70 mil reinforced 6 layer polymer membrane interior and steel, an EcoPool is the strongest pool structure available. Ecopool is the strongest pool structure available with over 5x the amount of steel as a typical above-ground pool.
The standard wall height for Ecopool is approximately 52”. This will height will provide a water depth of approximately 48” which is ideal for most activities. Ecopool also offers custom depths and multi-depth configurations upon request.
Ecopool can be installed many different ways. The three most common installation types are below. Ecopool can be installed via DIY or a 3rd party contractor of your choice. Ecopool does have authorized independent dealers in most areas that will assess your property and provide a no-charge, no-obligation quote.
Having your Ecopool installed completely inground will give you the look of a traditional swimming pool. Installation may take a few days longer, but that’s a small fraction of the time required for a traditional concrete pool. Unlike traditional concrete and fiberglass pools, Ecopool is much more resistant to ground shifting and cracking. The massive steel frame provides strength and rigidity like no other. Some contractors can install an inground Ecopool in as little 2-3 days.
This option is a unique hybrid. If desired, you can design to feature a glimpse of the industrial exterior of the transformed shipping container. This is a particularly popular installation choice for backyards with unique landscaping and slopes. For example, an Ecopool can fit within hilly terrain without having to level the backyard completely or install a retaining wall. Some contractors can install a partially inground Ecopool in as little as two days.
This is the simplest and fastest way to install Ecopool. This pool style simply requires a concrete foundation or firmly packed soil capable of supporting Ecopool. From there, installation is as simple as unloading the pool off of the truck, connecting the filtration equipment and filling it with water. On-ground is ideal for the optional large clear windows.
