An Ecopool modular pool is a steel swimming pool built from interconnected structural steel modules that can be configured into any size, any shape, and any depth. There are no molds, no catalogs, and no preset dimensions — just a patented steel framework that scales to fit your exact vision. L-shapes, U-shapes, lazy rivers, lap pools, or multi-zone configurations. If you can dream it, we build it.
Ecopool's patented modular steel system connects individual pool modules on-site to create swimming pools of unlimited size and shape. Every module is prefabricated from high-strength structural steel with an 8-layer wall system and a polymer membrane interior that cannot rust.
Install inground, partially inground, or fully onground. Add baja ledges, stairs, benches, viewing windows, and swim jets. Every feature is engineered into the steel frame — no aftermarket modifications needed.
Our modular steel design means any number of pool modules can be connected together — creating unlimited sizes and shapes. From a compact plunge pool to a full-length lap pool, a lazy river, or a multi-level L-shaped pool, there are zero limits on what we can build.
Every interior is finished with a smooth polymer membrane that mimics high-quality tile, natural stone, or solid colors. Our surfaces are perfectly flat, hygienic, and completely rust-proof — a premium finish that outperforms concrete and fiberglass.
Every Ecopool modular pool is custom-designed from the ground up. You choose the exact dimensions, shape, depth zones, and features — we engineer a steel structure to match. Our modular system means your pool can be as small as 8' x 8' or as large as your property allows. Multiple depths, integrated stairs, baja ledges, and swim jets are all built directly into the steel framework.
Every modular pool interior is sealed with a polymer membrane that cannot rust, stain, or degrade. Choose from solid colors, 3D tile patterns, natural stone textures, or fully custom designs. The smooth, non-porous surface requires fewer chemicals, resists algae buildup, and is far easier to maintain than concrete or fiberglass.
Every Ecopool modular pool arrives prefabricated and preplumbed from our Salado, Texas facility. Modules connect on-site in as little as 2–3 days. Choose inground for a flush, traditional look. Partially inground for sloped lots or visible cladding walls. Or fully onground for the fastest installation — with the option to relocate later.
Ecopool modular steel pools start at just $22,320. Customize your pool with baja ledges, built-in benches, full-width stairs, swim jets, heating, and more. Every pool is priced based on your exact configuration — no hidden fees.

Frequently asked questions about Ecopool modular steel pools
An Ecopool modular pool is a custom steel swimming pool built from interconnected structural steel modules. Our patented system connects individual pool sections on-site to create any size, any shape, and any depth — from compact plunge pools to full-length lap pools, L-shapes, lazy rivers, and beyond. There are zero limits on configuration.
There are no limits. Ecopool modular pools can be built in any size and any shape — rectangles, L-shapes, U-shapes, T-shapes, lazy rivers, and more. Depths range from shallow wading (18") to full swimming depth (up to 9'). Modules start as small as 8' x 8' and can be connected to create pools of any total dimension your property allows.
Yes. Ecopool modular pools can be installed fully inground, partially inground, or completely onground. The same steel structure is used regardless of installation method. Inground delivers a seamless, traditional look. Partially inground works on sloped lots or when you want visible exterior walls to clad. Onground installs the fastest and can be relocated.
Most Ecopool modular pools can be installed in 2–3 days once the modules arrive. Every module is prefabricated and preplumbed in our Salado, Texas facility, so on-site work is primarily connecting modules and final plumbing. Smaller single-module pools can be operational in as little as one day.
Yes. Ecopool modular pools can be ordered with an integrated pool heater for year-round use. The insulated steel wall system retains heat more efficiently than traditional pool construction, which reduces ongoing energy costs.
No. Every Ecopool modular pool interior is sealed with a polymer membrane that prevents water from contacting the steel structure. The exterior is protected by our 8-layer coating system including a UV-resistant acrylic finish. Water never touches steel — rust is not a concern.
Build time depends on the size and complexity of your modular pool. Standard configurations are typically ready in 3–4 weeks. Larger multi-module pools or highly custom shapes may take 4–6 weeks. Every pool is handcrafted in our Salado, Texas facility.
Yes. Interiors are available in solid colors, 3D tile patterns, natural stone textures, and custom designs. Exteriors can be painted in standard or custom colors. For partially inground or onground installations, visible walls can also be clad with stone, stucco, wood, or other materials for a fully custom look.
Permit requirements vary by city and municipality. Some areas require permits for any permanent swimming pool installation, while others may have different rules for onground versus inground pools. We recommend checking with your local building department before beginning your project.
