Business Dev & Sales Positions

We are looking for creative individuals to manage and transform business. A Business Development Representative (BDR) will be self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic, and able to develop a working relationship with our dealers as well as build relationships with new clients.

The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the company’s market, audience and product. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships. We are looking for those seeking a full-time and long term career offering unlimited potential for growth, income and flexibility!

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales cycle from generating a prospect to negotiating a sale
  • Research data on your target market
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Communicate the value of Ecopool products
  • Generate qualified B2B prospects
  • Nurture B2C leads and potential dealer prospects (B2B)

Requirements

  • B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Ability to build rapport and deliver presentations to prospects
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prefer experience with lead generation and pipeline building
  • Generate qualified prospects
  • Living in or moving to Texas soon
  • Train on site. Then work on-site or remote.

The idea for Ecopool springs from strolling around in Texas port cities, exploring the Houston urban fringe. We were drawn in by the industrial design we found everywhere. In previously abandoned places like old breweries and run-down factory buildings. We also found used shipping containers everywhere we traveled. We quickly discovered why. Of the 17 million shipping containers out there, only six million are in use. Ecopool is on a mission to change this.
